4. Subscription Plans and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date
• We may change subscription fees upon notice, and such changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles

Cancellation of your subscription will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

5. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the Content you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the Service. By posting Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of the Content
• The Content does not violate any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights

• Guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of any listings
• Participate in transactions between users
• Transfer legal ownership of items or services
• Guarantee that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction

Users are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and content of their listings
• Ensuring that their listings comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Any transactions they enter into with other users
• Assessing the suitability, legality, or ability of other users to enter into transactions

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SuperConnect and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

By posting Content on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.

You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, or hack the Service or modify another website to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service
• Use the Service for any unauthorized or illegal purpose
• Copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the Service in any medium
• Use any automated system to access the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperConnect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to us for the Service in the past twelve months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SuperConnect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
